Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from UD Bikes.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused (not more than 2 km), and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item following the above guidelines and then place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from order, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase will be required.
The customer bears the cost of shipment and re-stocking of the goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
